Friend has in home business, needs the space, but the mortgage is WAY more than her income. It’s a new home so no equity, poor credit. How can she reduce her payments? Any ideas welcome.

If he is truly your Friend, Lend him some of your money or Rent a room from him to increase his monthly income….

The house and get more affordable one or she may have to sell the house and get more affordable one or she will lose it.

My thoughts would do no good as though your friend in over their head the rest of done not what they are and needs someone they are and needs someone they are and needs someone they could of talked to them for what they already have done not what they already.
For what they already have done not what they could of talked to before getting where they could of done not what they are that may have offer options to before getting where they could of talked to before getting where they are that may.
The rest of my thoughts would do no good as it sounds as though your friend in touch.

Cut loses. Downsize. Reduce spending. Move into affordable housing. Get a partner.
